Litigation Paralegal
Joined the firm in 2015
Nicole is dedicated to helping working people. At Spivak Lipton, she provides general litigation support and handles court filings in wage and hour/overtime cases under the FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act) and other litigation on behalf of the firm’s clients. As the lead paralegal on the firm’s FLSA collective action litigation, she serves as a liaison between the clients/plaintiffs and attorneys, and directly corresponds and communicates with plaintiff-clients.
She is a founding member of the EDI (Equity, Diversity and Inclusion) Committee, where she plans initiatives to promote diversity at the firm including workshops, social events and the firm's quarterly newsletter.
Nicole holds an M.S. Ed in Counselor Education. In addition, she holds a B.A. in Political Science from Hunter College.
Nicole has a wide range of interests including traveling, cooking and dining, writing, and mental health counseling. She appreciates how her work at Spivak Lipton allows her to combine the structured approach of the law with the arts, skills, and passions of the working people they serve.
